ABOUT MY PROJECT
How I have been achieving this
I have always been intrigued by the subject of this project and wanted to explore it further. Taking on this task gave me the opportunity to conduct serious research and produce high quality work. In addition, while documenting the whole process, I learnt a lot about various methodologies that when employed in conjunction with other strategies led to great results.
CONFERENCES ON AUTISM
I am a single mother of an autistic teenager and I think I have been very fortunate to be able to raise awareness and spend time with my son so that he can develop within society, but not all of us realise this and that is when things get tough, which is why I want to share my knowledge, to lighten the load.
I know how much I have struggled but I also know that there are different types of personalities and there are beings that are not so patient and for me it is very important to share this information about autism to support them in some way to make their quality of life better.
In autism, not every day is sunny and beautiful, there are days when you just want to be in your head and not get out of there, but those around you do not know it and do not understand it, and that leads to problems and bad moments.
In autism, there is a tendency not to express emotions and that does not lead to a feeling of rejection with other people and those of us who surround them feel just like that, some kind of rejection because they do not react as one expects them to do so.
